- Sell and boost sales volume for reaching individual and team KPIs.- Identify customer’s need and recommend aspirational idea for products selection.- Ensure successful payment transaction and smooth products delivery process.- Maintain good relationship with customers and provide after-sales services.- Expand customer database and keeping customer timely updated for new products.- Identify products SWOT and closely observe market activities and competitors.- Prepare reports and timely reporting to supervisor for customer’s feedback.- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.- Be able to work according to showroom scheduling and customer’s need.
- Presentation skills, client relationships, emphasising excellence, negotiation skills, ambition to meeting sales goals, creativity, strong motivation for sales. - Burmese and English proficiency. - Use of Microsoft computer, MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, Power Point, Office 365). - Use of Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
