Responsibilities:• Provide professional and appropriate ways to support business growth, brand differentiation, sales margin and customer loyalty.• Execute sales plan to target all heavy equipment prospects with a view to developing ongoing relationships as a key supplier of Heavy Equipment.• Be solution driven; focus on finding the right solution for long term customer relationship development, sell in the consultative sales solution manner with the partnering approach.• Regularly maintaining "CRM" and other company management systems as required by your direct report manager and company policy.• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.• Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.• Gathering market and customer information and develop pricing models for competitor's models across the various industries
• A minimum of 2 years of Sales experience (Heavy & Power Equipment).• Intermediate English Communication level is required• Must use microsoft word and excel• Able to drive manual gear type of vehicles
