• Assist Head of HR in managing staff performance appraisal, welfare and benefits.
• Processing of weekly and monthly payroll for the company.
• Compute all monthly or ad hoc payments and deductions into the payroll system.
• Processing of SSB, Income tax and other labour compliance.
• Manage queries from employees.
• Maintaining accurate and updated employees’ records.
• Arranging training for work staff.

Job Requirements

At least 5 years working experience in the related field will be advantage.
Good in written and spoken English.
Good Computer Skills (Microsoft - Word, Excel, PowerPoint &Photoshop).
Good Interpersonal Skills.
Positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines.
Well informed on HR practices and technologies.
Practical knowledge of the Law on Employment Act, Industrial Relations and Human Capital practices.
Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively.
Proficient in both English and Burmese languages.
