- ေက်ာင္းသား/သူမ်ား၏ ေန႔စဥ္ ေက်ာင္းတက္ခ်ိန္ကိုု စာရင္းျပဳစုုရန္
- ေက်ာင္းသား/သူမ်ားအတြက္ လိုုအပ္သည့္ သင္ေထာက္ကူပစၥည္း (Handouts/ Text Book/ Exam Papers/ Past Papers) မ်ားကိုု ျပင္ဆင္ရန္

Student Service Executive အေနျဖင့္ တာ၀န္ထမ္းေဆာင္လိုုသူမ်ားသည္ ေအာက္ေဖာ္ျပပါ အရည္အခ်င္းမ်ားႏွင့္ ျပည့္စံုုရန္ လိုုအပ္ပါသည္။

- ဘြဲ႕ရ (မည္သည့္အထူးျပဳဘာသာမဆိုု) ေလွ်ာက္ထားႏုုိင္ပါသည္။
- ဘြဲ႕ၾကိဳ (အေ၀းသင္တက္ေရာက္ေနဆဲ လုုပ္ငန္းခြင္ အေတြ႕အၾကံဳ ရလိုုသူမ်ားလည္း ေလွ်ာက္ထားႏုုိင္သည္။)
- Personality ေကာင္းမြန္ရမည္။
