Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Performing day to day accounting data entries.
Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable, including payment processing of suppliers' invoices.
Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivables, including sales/cash reconciliations.
Assist in Monthly Closing, Bank Reconciliation, Tax and Audit matters.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Verify vendor invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
Manage accounts receivable for any wholesale or credit-based corporate clients.
Maintain an organized filing system for all financial supporting documents and contracts.

Job Requirements

LCCI/ CAT/ Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Positive working attitude, willing to learn and able to multi task.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Prior experience in retail, FMCG and franchise environment will be an advantage.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
