Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Facility Management

  • Responsible for the security, maintenance and services of office facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of CCN and employees
  • Responsible for services including office lease agreement, building security, parking, cleaning, waste disposal, office entry access cards in accordance with facilities management best practices
  • Ensuring that basic facilities such as water and electricity are well maintained
  • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs  

 

Office Administrative & Clerical Support  

  • Liaising with Group Admin regarding office supply (stationery & toiletry) transportation, accommodation rental, visa application & extension for expats 
  • Ferry bus arrangement for employees  
  • Provide onboarding materials to new joiners (business emails set up, employee ID, laptop, business cards, corporate T-shirt, SIM card etc.) 
  • Helping the clearance process and ensuring all onboarding materials collected from Exit employees are in mint condition
  • Supervise business sim allocation
  • Fix asset management (office laptop)
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders as needed (Liaise with Group Admin if need be)
  • Perform other relevant tasks as needed  
  • Provide support to the Finance / HR team as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum (3) years of proven working experiences in Admin and facilities Management
  • Well experience with office management system and procedures
  • Good knowledge in managing vehicles
  • Exceptional multitasker
  • Consistent, professional manner, adaptive business etiquettes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and outlook)
  • Good time management skills
  • Strong Customer Service skill
  • Well-presented at all time and politeness
