Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Monitor Office Supplies, and Stationary inventory ensuring timely and effective cost purchasing.
  • Manage Vehicle Management and assist office car maintaining and monitoring and repairing.
  • Coordinate with Ventors and technicians for the maintenance of the Office equipment. (printers, AC units and etc.)
  • Manage Travel arrangements for managements and staffs including flight booking.
  • Arrangements for car Requesting, Coordinating, Vehicles and Drivers to ensure safe timely and efficient.
  • Document and record, maintain filling systems, prepare report, drafting documents and all data access.
  • Handling corresponding includes Phone Calls, Answering, Greeting visitors,……)
  • Checking for general supporting staffs (Cleaner, Gardener) as Check lists of Office and environmental Cleaning.
  • Perform other Administrative-related duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

  • Must be University graduate (or) final year students are also welcome to apply.
  • Must have an Administrative Certificate, more prefer Diploma Business Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Email Communication and Myanmar font (Unicode).
  • At least (2) year of relevant work experience in Administrative field.
  • Strong communication, Interpersonal Skill, Team work and Integrity person.
  • Age between 25~35 years.

Working days: Monday to Friday

Office Hours : 8:30am to 5:30pm

Off days: Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays
