Job Description

  • Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records and check with related departments.
  • Record and update employee data and information in the Employee Database.
  • Assisting interview process with Plant Manager.
  • HR onboarding, SSB payment, Claiming process and health / life insurance process.
  • Exist interview and resignation process.
  • Prepare ISO Document related to HR Department.
  • Arrange pre-employment and annual medical checkup.
  • Make and update employment contract.
  • Good relationship with related government.
  • Welcome guests who are visiting the office.
  • Answer telephone calls, record information from customers, guests, and delivery services, and perform reception duties as required.
  • Manage & arrange office cars for employees.
  • Manage office drivers, check invoice/ receipt/payment documents from drivers.
  • Checking car way record and arranging for fuel/ gasoline cost from driver and summitting the cost.
  • Working with car rental service for contract extension, payment and others matter.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Inspection around Factory and Canteen.
  • Checking and filling stationery and first aid boxes.
  • Ensure timely submission of all factory-related payments in compliance with the Finance Team’s payment policy and internal approval procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least two years’ experience in related posts.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, Excel, and Word in particular.
  • Basic knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law.
  • Must be able to work in Myaundagar Industrial Zone, Hmawbi Township
