Job Description

  • Supervise of employee database updating, attendance, overtime calculation, leave record and payroll processing.
  • Perform attendance, salary calculation by accurately, overtime wages .
  • Prepare the employee’s resignation, termination and dismissing process within legal boundaries.
  • Hire new employees according to manpower plan and initiate onboarding process.
  • Communicate and explain the company’s policies and producers to the employees.
  • Prepare employees for assignments by conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Measure performance appraisal and key performance indicator (KPI) for all employee.
  • Perform and process for personal income tax (PIT), social security board (SSB) and employment contract (EC).
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assists in budget preparation for HR & Admin Department.
  • Provide technical and logistical support for all administrative tasks, including office management.
  • Perform and maintain the fixed assets, materials and stationeries.
  • Monitor the inventory and requisition of office supplies and materials.
  • Perform monthly charges of billing system of internet, phone and electric meter.
  • Perform & completion of monthly & annual report to Admin & HR  Manager.
  • Perform & following instruction of other related duties required by  Admin & HR Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate with Diploma in HR Management (or) Diploma in Business Management.
  • Age between 30 ~35years
  • Must have 5 years experiences in HR management fields.
  • Must have expect computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Understanding HR and Admin management principal and able to work independently.
  • Understanding Labor law and can be apply.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills able to engage with all levels of employee.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication.
  • Good in English speaking and writing.
