Main Responsibilities

  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to use the HR System especially recruiting related software.

Other Responsibilites

  • Ensures compliance with local employment laws and regulations, Industry regulations and company policies.
  • Ability to source and interview prospective candidates, pre-determining their qualifications, analyzing their responses, to ensure that only quality candidates proceed through the interview process
  • Ability to build candidate pipelines and attend recruitment events
  • Sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration is key
  • Other related tasks upon the Manager’s instruction

Job Requirements

Experiences

  • At least 4 years of experience in the relevant experience (Talent Acquisition)
  • Insurance Knowledge is preferable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or relevant major required
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
