Job Description

We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNation job fair Yangon on 21st-March-2026 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

  • Supervise daily operations across key areas such as housekeeping, maintenance, and security.

  • Ensure the hospital environment meets cleanliness, safety, and healthcare operational standards.

  • Manage procurement and inventory of office and non-clinical medical supplies.

  • Coordinate vendor management and streamline procurement processes.

  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and compliance-related documentation.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve facility and operational issues.

  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management.

Human Resources Support

  • Assist in workforce planning and support recruitment processes.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and leave data.

  • Organize onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

  • Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and performance-related matters.

  • Support training, development, and internal HR initiatives.

  • Ensure alignment with labor laws and hospital HR policies.

  • Organize staff engagement and welfare activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • At least 2–3 years in administration or HR, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Good knowledge of labor law and healthcare compliance

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS)

  • Ability to multitask and manage sensitive situations professionally
