Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

1. Facilities & Maintenance

  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance of buildings, including civil works, M&E systems, and general repairs
  • Monitor generator operations and manage fuel usage for generators and related equipment (e.g., ovens, burners)
  • Ensure all office facilities are in good working condition and support smooth daily operations

2. Construction & Renovation

  • Supervise construction and renovation projects within the organization
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure work is completed on time and according to requirements

3. Repair & Equipment Management

  • Arrange and follow up on repair works for machines, trolleys, hand trucks, and other equipment
  • Implement basic preventive maintenance practices to reduce equipment downtime

4. Cleaning & Office Operations

  • Supervise cleaning activities to maintain a clean and organized workplace
  • Monitor usage and stock levels of cleaning materials
  • Manage office supplies such as stationery and other daily-use items

5. Administration & Logistics

  • Handle travel arrangements including transportation and ticket bookings
  • Organize accommodation and meal arrangements when required
  • Monitor and manage utility services such as electricity, internet, and other operational expenses

6. Staff & Security Support

  • Oversee staff accommodation and ensure basic maintenance is carried out
  • Coordinate with security staff to maintain a safe and secure working environment

7. Daily Operations & Coordination

  • Support and guide the admin team in daily tasks
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure administrative support is delivered efficiently
  • Monitor daily operations and resolve routine issues as they arise

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree 
- Minimum 3-5 Years Experience in administration, facilities, or operations support is an advantage
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work with different service providers effectively
