  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures and systems that ensure the smooth operation.
  • Provide guidance and direction to administrative staff, ensuring their task is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with Government office effectively for company ‌affairs.
  • Prepare the office administration work in daily and other admin work assigned by HOD.
  • Systematically record for all receipts and payments, outstanding bills, cash transactions, and all financial statement reports are accurate and timely.
  • Arranging the meeting & taking meeting minutes which is related to Management.
  • Handle confidential documents/information ensuring to secure.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Age between 25 and 30.

  • Bachelor Degree and Diploma in Management preferable and IT knowledge is plus.

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Meeting Arrangement and Supporting to Top Management, working experiences in administrative and government relationship works.

  • Proficient in using Internet & Email and MS Office (Word, Excel, Presentation).

  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Able to communicate with all level of employees within organization.

  • Experience reconciling accounting figures and financial records.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
