A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

This position will be responsible for Agency Planning unit:

  • To monitor contest achievement during contest period
  • To co-work with Sales team and Agency Marketing in communicate and deliver contest reward to contest winners.
  • To implement projects related to agency sales plan
  • To manage the budget for agency channel activities and contest incentives
  • To monitor agency performance to maximize their performance to bonus, contes, and other sale campaign
  • To analyze sale performance factors by segment and designation to support sale strategy to Sale Management team.
  • To monitor and evaluate of the agency sales result against the projection
  • To collaborate with Sales Admin in implementing projects related to Agency activities, business quality in order to enhance business and performance of agency .
  • To co-work with Sales Admin in records enhancement to ensure matching of sale requirements and system capability
  • To co-work with Sales Admin in developing agency strategy and necessary day-to-day running of the agency operations
  • To co-work with Sales Admin in preparing memo, requirements and update manual/agency handbook
  • To co-work with Sales Admin to plan for agency sales team compensation scheme
  • All ad hoc jobs related with sales activities
  • Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Management or related discipline.
  • Excellent skill in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good skill in Microsoft Word
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in data and calculation field
  • At least 2 years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience
  • Experience in assessment and analytical work will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills
