Job Description

• Prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, own leads and marketing initiatives.
• Actively recruting and managing high-performing agents and motivating the team to achieve the goals 
• Understanding deeply the insurance products and services and providing professional financial advice and services to customers
• Building and maintaining long term relationship with customers
• Responsible for achieving or exceeding the sales targets
• Any other duties assigned by line manager

Job requirements:

• Any bachelor’s degree
• Aged between 25 and 35 years
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales and team management experience

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• Results-oriented and driven to succeed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
