Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Handling domestic and international ticketing.
  • Daily ticket issue report, airline schedule and air fare updating.
  • Comply with all ariline booking policies and procedures.
    (i.e answering telephone inquries, page massage chart box, pre-flight checks, issuing tickets, reissue, refunds, handling customer issue, etc.).
  • Awareness of airlines promotion and updated news.
  • Other administrative tasks as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum (2) to (3) year experience in related field.
  • Proficient in domestic and international airlines booking system (GDS system, Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc).
  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Email, PDF).
  • Knowledge of airlines rules and regulation.
  • English Skills.
