oversees the daily operations of tour programs, manages a team of staff and guides
🔹managing budgets, liaising with vendors like hotels and transportation, creating and optimizing tour itineraries
🔹address and resolve client issues, monitor customer feedback, and ensure all tours meet or exceed guest expectations
🔹Monitor and manage tour budgets and expenses, review financial data
🔹Assist in developing strategic plans for operational activities and contribute to the development of new tour packages
🔹Maintain a good working relation with the tour guides for smooth operation
