To support International Business team to drive revenue and customers acquisitions by analyzing all activities related to international wholesale and business for both International Interconnect voice and messaging services. This role is responsible for leveraging data analytics to provide business intelligence, support strategic decision-making, and ensure the profitability and operational efficiency of all international telecom services.

• Support on Business and wholesale pricing models with carriers and ATOM’s most important partners, operators/destinations.
• Collaborate with neighboring countries and operators to pick up and drive more wholesale voice traffic to ATOM (both on ground and on-line activities).
• Able to support Business review formatting for Int’l wholesale interconnect.
• Coordinate with carriers on Contracts renewals, price changes including Int’l voice and messaging (P2P, A2P, P2A).
• Coordinate with all vendors (existing and potential carriers / Global services vendors), e.g., voice and messaging firewall vendors.
• Monitor and maintain the healthy margin on wholesale cost vs retail rates for both Int’l Interconnect voice and messaging.
• Monitor of QoS, fraud / dispute traffic /activities and coordinate with internal teams (RAFM, Network and IT).
• Monitor on unusual traffic trends and inform to line manager and management with deep down analysis and finding.
• Coordinate with internal teams for troubleshooting and resolving of IDD Voice, SMS and International A2P, P2P messaging issues and complaints.
• Provide monthly business wholesale reports (cost, revenue, margin analysis) to management for Int’l Interconnect (voice and messaging)
• Lead ATOM internal teams (Finance, Revenue Assurance) for settlement (credit / debit) with Int’l carriers and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement new retail proposition for International Interconnect.
• Support the end-to-end retail offer rollout by coordinating with internal cross-functional teams.
• Able to train and guide members in team to understand business standard procedures.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit, Revenue Assurance, Legal department, Finance, External Auditors.
• Able to accomplish any ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by line manager and management.
• Be accountable for other certain projects/tasks and ad hoc tasks as assigned by line manager and management

Education

• University Graduate, preferably in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the Mobile Telecommunications industry.
• Direct experience working in a Roaming Department or on International Wholesale services is required.
• Proven experience in data analysis, revenue reporting, and partner settlements
