The Application trainer will be responsible for hosting application training to partners, maintaining the learning canter up to date and managing partner scorecard while participating in UAT to implementation of the application.

  • Champion application utilization and create effective communication channel to partners
  • Develop and oversee training multimedia content in multiple channel
  • Maintain and manage Seller learning center
  • Deploy partner scorecard template and plan seller improvement plan to improve customer service
  • Translate and analyze partner requirements into systematic approach
  • Bridge the partner requirements within existing functionality available
  • Plan and refine training process in agile manner

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree
  • At least 5 years’ experience in training or communication
  • 1 – 2 years in retail or business environment
  • Proficiency in Training and communication both verbal and visual
  • Proficient in content creation and MS tools
  • Experience in Business IT or client management will be a plus
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial; able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Burmese
