Job Description

Key Area

  • Achieve monthly average sales target
  • Expend the market share to get sales growth in terms of quantity
  • Reduce trade marketing expenses
  • Get new credit customers and new outlets
  • Increase customer satisfaction to determine the level of customer service delivering

  • Ensure success and maximum efficiency in tender management
  • Develop, Plan and Deliver capacity building trainings to Sales team members and other team members associated with sales
  • Proactively identify and follow up clients need and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Understand and follow company’s Quality Policy
  • Prepare yearly customer satisfaction survey and take necessary actions
  • Prepare and provide accurate management reporting periodically in timely manner
  • Prepare required actions recommended by internal audit team and ISO auditor and CAPA action in designated time cooperate with QMS team to maintain ISO quality standard. Accountable to meet at least 70% sales target achievement
  • Achieve national sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements: preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditure; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Build and maintain rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities, increase the credit customers base on yearly target and activate inactive-customers
  • Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities; and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
  • Promote sales growth while minimizing the sales related expenses
  • Any other responsibilities that management may assign from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
  • Internationally recognized MBA is preferable
  • Minimum seven years working experience in sales field at management level
  • Proven work expereince as National Sales Manager
  • Expereince managing a high-performance sales team
  • Strong knowledge on Pharmaceutical Products/Medical Devices
  • Regional and National Market knowledge in the respective industries
  • Strong understanding of competitors’ landscape
  • Knowledge and experience on the tender procedures, and respective departments’ rules and regulations
  • Knowledge and experience in Mobile Banking System and Palmtop Project
