• Report to HR Manager

• Assist in the employment process by arranging interviews, contacting candidates, and sorting through applications 

• Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals

• Monitoring and assist in SOP, Handbook (e.g. Coordinating HR policies, procedure and relevant document).

• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results

• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable government laws;

•  Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements

• Coordinate and manage employee relations activities, including disciplinary actions and grievances

• Manage the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.

• Provide guidance and support to line managers and employees on performance improvement plans.

•  Implement the employee welfare program

• Identify opportunities for employee development and career advancement.

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by HR Manager depend on the urgent and important needs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  Must have (3) year experiences by Managerial role and over (5) year experiences in HR field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  •  Must have knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
