Role Overview
Looking for a strong, experienced HR Manager to lead our HR team and oversee HR operations across all stores and head office.

Job Description

  • Lead HR operations across 35+ stores and a workforce of 300+ employees, with more expansion ahead.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning to support rapid growth.
  • Develop, implement, and scale HR policies and SOPs (English & Burmese).
  • Oversee employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions across multi-site operations.
  • Lead training, performance management, and KPI-based appraisals for staff and management.
  • Ensure accurate payroll, benefits, and attendance systems for a 300+ headcount.
  • Maintain compliance with Myanmar labor law and HR best practices.
  • Provide HR analytics, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of HR experience (at least 2–3 years in a managerial role).
  • Proven experience managing HR in multi-location or large-team settings (300+ people), preferably in F&B/retail.
  • Strong understanding of Myanmar labor law and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Burmese.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, payroll management, and MS Office.
  • Leadership, conflict-resolution, and organizational development skills.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and adaptability to a fast-growing, multi-site environment.
