An Exciting Opportunity for ...

To lead and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, policy development, training, compensation, and compliance, in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.---Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, offers).
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and recruitment records.

 

2. Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Managing disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Foster a positive working environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
  •  

3. HR Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  •  

4. Performance Management

  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal processes and documentation.
  • Help managers, team leaders and employees understand performance goals and feedback systems.

 

5. Training & Development

o Coordinate training schedules and monitor attendance.

o Organize and support the implementation of learning and development plans.

 

6. HR Administration, HR Data & Reporting

o Oversee payroll, benefits, and employee incentive programs.

o Conduct market salary research and recommend compensation adjustments.

o Maintain HR databases and prepare reports as needed.

o Maintain and analyze HR metrics and trends.

o Prepare reports for senior management and audits.

o Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.

o Support HR events and wellness programs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Team App and MS Office tools
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English
