The Assistant Business Analysis Manager plays a vital role in supporting accounting and business analysis functions across all business units within the company. This position requires solid hands-on experience in accounting, financial analysis, and performance management.
The role contributes to strategic decision-making by delivering accurate budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and insightful analysis, strong accounting expertise, advanced analytical skills, and effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic and growing business environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and performance evaluations to support informed decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
Coordinate with IT teams to ensure system enhancements align with business requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; professional qualifications such as ACCA or an MBA are highly desirable
Good command of English as a second language (both written and spoken)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial analysis within a medium to large organization, preferably in a multinational company
At least 3 years of managerial or leadership experience
Completion of specialized training in accounting and financial analysis is an advantage
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP relevant to the role and accounting policies
Good working knowledge of government rules and taxation regulations
Expert-level understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Good working knowledge of performance management
Expert proficiency in accounting software
Good working knowledge of presentation skills
Proficient in English (written and spoken)
High level of personal integrity and Strong emotional stability
Ability to work under pressure with high stress tolerance
Strong negotiation skills, planning and organizing abilities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective communication and team-building skills
Demonstrates strong leadership qualities
High sense of urgency and accountability
Proficient in computer applications, including SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
