  • Lead and manage the daily HR operations
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with the Labor Law and Health Authorities
  • Ensure compliance to Corporate standards of parent organization through appropriate benchmarking
  • Effectively manage the HR budget and contribution to the Hospital’s business planning cycle.
  • Design and manage HR policies and practices to ensure that HR initiatives are competitive, innovative and cost effective to the Hospital
  • Ensure the Hospital’s annual training and development plan is adequate and meet the business needs in line with the strategic direction set.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year experiences in HR fields.
  • At least 2 years of experiences in managerial role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people within a multinational environment.
  • Demonstrates analytical, meticulous and accuracy in the job.
  • Conversant in English is an advantage.
