We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Senior HR Manager to join our team urgently. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional strategic thinking capabilities to drive future growth in alignment with our long-term business objectives, while proactively and systematically leading the HR team.

 

  Strategic Planning: Systematically develop and implement manpower planning, HR budgets, and HR policies to drive company growth.
  Talent Management: Attract and retain top talent while fostering a positive, inclusive, and healthy corporate culture.
  Performance & Benefits: Establish fair performance evaluation systems (KPIsRs) and manage modern compensation and benefits structures.
  Compliance: Ensure all internal company procedures and operations comply thoroughly with Myanmar Labour Law.

Job Requirements

  Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of total experience in the HR field, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role successfully leading a team.
  Education: Bachelor’s degree or Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  Language: Fluent / Business level proficiency in English.
  Noted: Must be able to travel.
