  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws
  • Conduct training sessions on topics such as diversity, harassment prevention, and performance management
  • Manage employee performance evaluations and provide guidance to supervisors
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
5+ years of industrialized experience in HR management roles
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
Experience with HRIS and other HR software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
•    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
•    Able to travel if necessary
