In this role, you will oversee all aspects of marketing, manage advertising efforts, conduct market analysis, and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop new products and services.Key Responsibilities• Strategic Planning: Plan and evaluate marketing strategies, marketing plans, and campaigns to achieve business objectives.• Advertising Management: Oversee advertising efforts across various channels, including online, offline, direct, and indirect marketing.• Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback and complaints to improve our services and customer satisfaction.• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand market trends, competitor activities, and marketing status.• Staff Evaluation: Assess the efficiency and quality of marketing staff to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and customer profiles to tailor marketing efforts effectively.• Executive Support: Perform tasks as directed by the General Manager and Managing Director.• Event Coordination: Organize and participate in promotional events such as health fairs, seminars, and CSR programs.• ISO Supervision: Supervise the marketing team under the ISO 9001:2015 QMS guidelines.• Client Meetings: Meet with corporate clients and key doctors to build and maintain strong relationships.• Product Development: Lead initiatives to develop new categories of products and services to meet market demand and drive growth.

Required Qualifications and Skills• Education: Any Graduated and Diploma in a related field.• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a marketing role, preferably within the healthcare industry.• Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing software and tools, with strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and team members.• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Salary and Benefits
