  • Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure team meets targets.
  • Assist in managing and motivating the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations team to improve sales processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries, negotiation and closing deals.
  • Train and guide junior sales staff when needed.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in wholesale sales of building materials is preferred. (Fresh graduates or candidates without relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the construction industry and market.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
