Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Manage group training programs: including design the curriculum and the training calendar, deliver and evaluate the training programs under the guidance of Group Head of HR and Group HR Manager (Talent Development)
• Support the business entities by customizing the training program according to their needs
• Consult with Managers to determine training needs and schedule arrangements, training policies and procedures
· Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports of Group Training Programs and review, refine and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Handling E-Learning Platform (Moodle) as an administrative role and prepare the report of the respective training program
• Conduct and arrange monthly orientation program for new employees
• Source and liaise with external training vendors for facilitating development and delivery of outsourced training programs
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in business, HR, finance or related field.
- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of various teaching methodologies and tools
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience with designing training programs and workshops
- Ability to lead a full training cycle
- Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
-Great team leader
- Proficiency in MS Office and database software
