Possess an in-depth knowledge of corporate finance skill including public offering of equity and debt related products, debt restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions, financial and privatisation advisory services.
In the past, has worked on the following kinds of projects:
• Corporate Restructuring
• Debt Restructuring – Business viability and financial analysis, develop financial plan, due diligence on state of assets and liabilities, negotiation with creditors
• M&A – Identify strategic partners, design transaction and recommend optimal shareholding structure
• Business and Financial Planning
• Equity and Debt Fund Raising
• Capital Budgeting

Job Requirements

• Good understanding of Accounting, Finance, Investment
• Has been a project leader
• Have at least 7 years’ experience in investment banking
• Good in English both writing and oral

• Good inter-personal skills and able to communicate well with all levels of staff
