An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Own, oversee, and actively contribute to analytics and reporting for the Mobile Wallet Application, ensuring data accuracy, reliability and timely delivery to multiple stakeholders.
  • Lead and continuously improve data analysis, reporting, and preparation processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for data discrepancies, reporting issues, and analytical challenges, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to drive resolution.
  • Drive data quality, reconciliation, and data governance initiatives to ensure trusted, consistent data across dashboards and reports.
  • Own and perform end-to-end report and dashboard development using Power BI, Jasper Report, and other analytics tools, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable analytical solutions.
  • Write and review SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures, and manipulate datasets to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Aggregate and summarize data to provide actionable insights for business strategy and operational decisions.
  • Review and provide guidance on all new projects and products from a data and analytics perspective, ensuring data availability, quality, architecture, and analytics readiness.
  • Mentor and upskill teams and stakeholders on data analysis, reporting, and Power BI best practices, fostering self-service analytics and data literacy.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, documentation and reporting standards to standardize processes and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Data Analytics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and analytics leadership, with hands-on knowledge of SQL, reporting and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Jasper Report.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, reporting frameworks, and analytical best practices.
  • Proven ability to collect, organize, analyze, and derive insights from large and complex datasets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and dynamic business requirements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Python or automation scripting is a plus.
