The Data Analyst/Data Scientist - To leverage advanced data analytics to drive customer value, optimize marketing campaigns, and improve customer retention through actionable insights and predictive models

Customer Segmentation and Profiling:

• Develop robust customer segmentation models based on various attributes (demographics,behavior, usage, churn risk, etc.).
• Create detailed customer profiles to understand customer preferences, and behaviors.
• Identify the relevant customer segments and analyze their characteristics.

Campaign Optimization:

• Develop and implement data-driven campaign optimization strategies.
• Measure campaign performance and identify factors driving campaign success.

Data Visualization and Communication:

• Create compelling visualizations to communicate complex insights to business stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Present findings and recommendations to CVM and business leadership teams

Predictive Modeling:

• Build predictive models for customer churn, offer recommendation, channel recommendation,customer lifetime value (CLTV), and other key metrics.•
• Evaluate model performance and refine models based on performance metrics.
• Deploy models into production environments for real-time decision-making

Cross Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Business Intelligence, Finance, Sales and ITteams.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through data profiling and validation.

Education

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 Years Experience with programming languages like SQL, Python, R.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).

Key Skillsets

• Advanced proficiency in SQL is required. Familiarity with statistical modeling, machine learning,and data mining techniques is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
