Assistant Manager/Manager, Sales Operation Coordinator (Pathein)

 

Job Purpose

To support the team as per business requirements, to coordinate with central and regional team, to perform activities in distribution management within the assigned task, providing necessary insights order to support achievement of overall performance sales target, to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy, as well as compliance with AML standards and governance

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Sharing Internal information PO related & Problem solving of PO issue,
  • POS SIM replacement, DTR contract & DMS extension monthly
  • New DTR onboarding document checking, taking approval RBH, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Finance and contract process and system onboarding -DMS access, DMS SIM, Data SIM
  • DTR Deboard refund process.
  • Supporting for the target, 500 SMS mapping, Task sheet mapping, POS mapping monthly.
  • Supporting KPI driven report- PO status and Primary Report, Daily Report & Pack Sale Report, Revenue Trending, Cash deposit status report and additional report depend on Monthly GTM Scheme on daily & hourly.
  • Monitoring the expense of off-role MCL and support new off-role MCL for onboarding process -email, laptop, internal access, Salay, SIP payout & introduction with team
  • Handling RBH debit card to support and optimize cost and support office pantry necessary
  • Regional Cars cost handling and alignment with central for the process and payout
  • Coordination with team members for daily/weekly/monthly for business related matters and to achieve target
  • Responsible for supporting sales teams with key distribution insights and action plan to be executed on ground
  • Supporting the team as per business requirement for region improvement
  • Coordination with central for POS onboarding/Deboarding and regional requirement as per central guideline for the business
  • Sharing report-Hourly/Daily/Weekly/Monthly to the team to know the business situation and KPI drive
  • Market Visit to know the situation and to support the team by getting feeding back and exposure
  • Organizing promotional materials by coordinating requirements with brand & marcom; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Continuous alignment and coordination with HRBPs, HR Services, Admin & Facility and Finance functions.
  • Perform basic activities and coordinate with relevant parties in arrangement of administrative support services
  • Support manual data collection from the team as per business requirement
  • Filter the issue raised by the team and follow up to central to solve the issue
  • Provide business related report to drive KPI as per ad hoc requirement.

Job Requirements

Education

  • University graduate and any qualification relating to Sales is preferable

Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in related field, preferably experience in Telecommunications sales
  • Organizing and administrative skills to manage paperwork
  • Strong data interpretation, quantitative & analytical skills, good communication & presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Esp. Words and Excel)
  • Ability to prioritize and good at multitasking under a high- pressure environment
