Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Provides information for management by preparing special reports and analyses of the call database
Good communication and dealing with related departments (Internal Related Teams)

Job Requirements

Previous experience in call center experience or online sales experience is also preferable
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Experience in media Ads activity such as (newspaper, journals, Facebook, website & etc.,)
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
At least 3 years' working experience is preferable
Proficiency in MS office including PowerPoint and Excel
Good command of written and spoken English
