Acting as the point person for the banking system implementation process.
Liase with the oversea project team and assist them in the implementation stage with the bank.
Developing project plans, timeline, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed
Developing schedules and methods for measuring results
Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project
Organising and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities
Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.

Job Requirements

At least 6 or 8 years of experience in Banking Software System and Software implementation field.
At least 3+ years of experience in Project Manager position at Vendor company.
Hardworking, patient, pleasant personality, positive attitude and self-study skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to use new emerging techniques
Able to lead a team of developers
Must have multi-tasking ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
Experience working with banks, understanding their issues and managing their expectations.
Degree / Diploma in IT / Computer Science or relevant
Good command of reading and writing of English is a must.
2 years bond is required
