A Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the Branch

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, increase revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Implement strong organizational skills, lead and motivate a team, and the resilience to handle the pressures of a customer-facing environment.
•  Responsible for including managing staff, which involves hiring, training, supervising employees
• Conducting performance reviews, addressing staff issues, and fostering a strong team environment and resolving conflict in the workplace
• Manage and supervise daily operations of the branch, including opening and closing procedures, cash management and inventory control.
• Assess local market condition and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

• Any Graduated and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Branch Manager Position
• Proficient  in Microsoft package.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
• Strong critical and analytical thinking abilities
• Works well under pressure  
• Working knowledge of market trends and behaviors
• Availability to travel as needed
