A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee fuel logistics, routing and inventory to prevent site downtime.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance, repair and fuel consumption efficiency.
  • Supervise power team and team 3 (Mytel O&M) activities to meet KPIs and avoid penalties.
  • Prepare bi weekly progress reports and manage material logistics with HO.
  • Build relationships with government and military official(PPRD, Divisional Office).
  • Manage necessary documentations, recommendation letters, and office cash settlements.
  • Regularly visit branch offices to monitor staff living conditions, daily routines and work performance.
  • Assign duties based on employee competence.
  • Audit Travel Allowances to prevent fraud, minimize unnecessary costs and ensure fire safety measures in all offices.

  • BE (EC) or (EP)
  • Telecom knowledge, Friendly with equipment, Team Management, Public Relations
  • At least 3 years of manager only experience
  • Strong problem solving sill and good communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, planning, organizational and time management skills
