The role holder is responsible for ensuring branches’ operating processes are consistent and in compliance with the Bank’s policies, standards and controls, and relevant regulatory requirements. 

  • Ensure to follow bank’s policy, guidelines, process, procedure and service quality.
  • Ensure all relevant staffs are trained/briefed on changes in a timely manner.
  • To development and implementation of customer service initiatives across the branch network, including 4-Pillars service requirements, NPS, etc.
  • To track all operational lapses or significant incidents/issues reported by branches. However, this is not to supersede or replace the Bank’s overall escalation and reporting process (if any).
  • To Work with the branches and relevant stakeholders to review and continuously strengthen and enhance systems, processes and controls.
  • Conduct regular meetings with branches to promote risk awareness and explore ways for process improvements to increase productivity and/or strengthen controls.
  • Monitoring on branches to maintain the internal control and prevent for the Fraud Cases.
  • Occasionally need to visit to the branches for surprise tour.
  • To manage the Branch Operation Supervision Lead and Branch Service Lead.
  • Submit to BOS’s Head the daily operation and service supervision report.

Job Requirements

  • Any Degree holder
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Required language proficiency (Myanmar, English)
  • Knowledge of Banking Products and Services
  • Teamwork and leadership skills
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Branch Manager Field (perferable) 
  • Good communication skills; attention to details
