Lead Sales & Engineer teams to hit targets and exceed service KPIs
Oversee day-to-day branch operations (admin, budgets, inventory)
Build, train, and mentor a high-performing team
Resolve customer issues quickly and keep satisfaction high
Ensure smooth installation & maintenance operations
Collaborate with local authorities & partners
Drive compliance, safety, and company policy implementation

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field
2+ years in a Branch Manager / Supervisor role (Telecom, Banking, Distribution, IT preferred)
Proficient in MS Office, email, and internet use
CRM/Sales/Service Software knowledge is a plus
Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
Able to manage time, targets & pressure effectively
Familiarity with the assigned region & willingness to travel is an advantage
