  • Lead Sales & Engineer teams to hit targets and exceed service KPIs
     

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations (admin, budgets, inventory)
     

  • Build, train, and mentor a high-performing team
     

  • Resolve customer issues quickly and keep satisfaction high
     

  • Ensure smooth installation & maintenance operations
     

  • Collaborate with local authorities & partners
     

  • Drive compliance, safety, and company policy implementation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • 2+ years in a Branch Manager / Supervisor role (Telecom, Banking, Distribution, IT preferred)

  • Proficient in MS Office, email, and internet use

  • CRM/Sales/Service Software knowledge is a plus

  • Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills

  • Able to manage time, targets & pressure effectively

  • Familiarity with the assigned region & willingness to travel is an advantage
