Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Executive Support
Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, and correspondence.
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests.
Arrange business travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
2️⃣ Office & Administrative Management
Oversee daily operations of the MD Office.
Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and record keeping.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Monitor office supplies and administrative expenses.
3️⃣ Coordination & Communication
Act as liaison between MD and internal departments.
Coordinate with external stakeholders, government offices, partners, and clients.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
Organize executive meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
4️⃣ Reporting & Monitoring
Compile and analyze departmental reports for MD review.
Track project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist in preparing strategic plans and operational updates.
5️⃣ Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support audit requirements and corporate governance matters

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in executive office management or similar role.
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
