Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Executive Support

  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, and correspondence.

  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests.

  • Arrange business travel, accommodation, and itineraries.

2️⃣ Office & Administrative Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the MD Office.

  • Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and record keeping.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Monitor office supplies and administrative expenses.

3️⃣ Coordination & Communication

  • Act as liaison between MD and internal departments.

  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, government offices, partners, and clients.

  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.

  • Organize executive meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

4️⃣ Reporting & Monitoring

  • Compile and analyze departmental reports for MD review.

  • Track project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Assist in preparing strategic plans and operational updates.

5️⃣ Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Support audit requirements and corporate governance matters

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in executive office management or similar role.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
