Job Description

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute bulk beer sales strategies
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution network
  • Drive volume growth in key accounts (bars, KTVs, restaurants, hotels)

2. Distributor & Channel Management

  • Manage and develop relationships with distributors and wholesalers
  • Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and sales execution
  • Ensure proper territory coverage and route planning
  • Negotiate trade agreements and pricing strategies

3. Key Account Management

  • Handle major clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Clubs, Event Organizers)
  • Secure long-term contracts and supply agreements
  • Ensure strong visibility and product placement in outlets

4. Sales Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and manage the sales team
  • Set KPIs and monitor team performance
  • Conduct regular field visits and coaching
  • Build a high-performance sales culture

5. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
  • Analyze market trends and customer preferences
  • Provide insights for product positioning and campaigns

6. Operations & Reporting

  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for stock availability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 6~8 years’ experience in FMCG / Beer / Beverage distribution
  • Strong experience in bulk sales and channel distribution
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic thinking and market analysis
  • Good communication in Myanmar & English
  • Experience with beer brands or alcohol distribution
  • Strong network with bars, restaurants, and distributors
  • Knowledge of Myanmar market dynamics
