  • Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to improve performance
  • Expand market share and acquire new customers while growing existing accounts
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and report to management
  • Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and revenue improvement
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and handle complaints effectively
  • Ensure proper stock management and market hygiene

Job Requirements

  • Minimum (5+) years managerial experience in Sales & Marketing (Distribution Industry)
  • Any graduate (Diploma in Sales & Marketing preferred)
  • Strong knowledge in sales strategy, market analysis, and customer relationship management
  • Good leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Able to travel if needed
  • Good in interpersonal skill, leadership & team management and sales & negotiation.
