We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales & marketing team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. This role requires a strategic and results-driven leader with a strong background in luxury retail sales, corporate sales, wholesale, exhibition, client relationship management, and business development.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reports to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to meet targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, key partners and and luxury retailers.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, VIP client programs, for both local and international market expansion initiatives.
  • Local & oversee sales operations, including promotions strategies, sales events, and customer service excellence.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, trade show and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to align product offerings with market demand and customer feedback.
  • Work closely and collaborate with the marketing and branding team to align sales initiatives with brand positioning and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and ethical selling practices.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales trends, forecasts, and opportunitie.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years and above of experience in sales & marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the luxury retail, fine jewelry, or high-end fashion industry or luxury products.
  • Strong network and experience working with high-value clients and VIP customers.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and meet ambitious revenue goals.
  • Deep knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, and luxury branding is a plus.
  • Experience in international sales or export markets is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Burmese; additional language skills are a plus
  • Good computer skill (Microsoft Office , Power Point, Excel.. )
