Job Description

Contracts & Documentation

  • Review, draft, and prepare Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contracts, Concession Agreements (CA), and other business/commercial contracts.
  • Coordinate with legal, financial, and technical teams to ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation.

Project Development & Hunting

  • Identify and evaluate potential government & private power generation and related infrastructure opportunities.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and prepare proposals for management approval.
  • Monitor ongoing project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

Sector & Market Development

  • Track industry trends, policy changes, and regulatory developments in the power sector and other relevant industries.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for company positioning, partnerships, and market entry opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate, preferable MBA degree holders
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in public relations and business firms
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good negotiation and diplomatic skills.
  • Good level in spoken and written English.
  • Frequent travels across Myanmar to potential project sites.
  • Understand in market (government and private) and regulatory environment, competitors, and challenges, and keep up to date to stay on top of the brief.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, self-motivated with demonstrated problem- solving capability.
