An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Monitor ride requsts, driver acceptance rates and trip fulfillment.
  • Analyze operational data and implement service improvements
  • Develop driver engagement and retention programs
  • Monitor customer complaints and service quality metrics
  • Spervise Operations Executives, Dispath Supervisors, and Customer service Staff.
  • Set KPIs and performance targets for operational team
  • To develop the suggestion plan and continuous improvement of Business Unit
  • Review the Loyar operation process and expense.
  • Monitior driver performance, attendance and compliance with company policy.
  • Coordinate with fleet partners and vehicle owners when necessary.
  • Ensure high user satisfaction and timely issue resolution
  • Coordinate with related government department when necessary

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related Field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in business development or proven track record in sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills: ability to build trust and lomg term partnerships.
