On behalf of our Client, a medical equipment supplier. We are looking for a: Business Development Manager to be based at their offices in Yangon, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops go-to-market strategy based on analysis of market needs and competitive landscape
• Develops menu of solutions with appropriate pricing strategy to meet growth plans
• Strategizes promotion plans and customer reward program
• Presents value-adding services to offer to high level supply chain decision makers of the organizations
• Prepares proposals and leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making process
• Reports monthly, quarterly and annually on sales leads, growth and sustainability, customer retention and turnover, customer satisfaction and feedback

Job Requirements

• University degree in any subject
• At least 5 years of experiences in sales and/or marketing Industry with demonstrable track record of sales growth
• Ability to develop new and existing customers, drive growth and ensure customer loyalty
• Good business acumen with strong relationship building skills
• Result oriented, self-motivated with good negotiation skills
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of logistics services
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent command of the English Language
• Be able to travel as business trips
