Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to perform in impact contribution at Fortune Fund Myanmar Company Limited. The primary focus of this role is to drive more for financial inclusion for the targeted market segments. You will be responsible for promoting loan, savings, insurance and other financial products to serve wider range of target market. The successful candidate will have experience in marketing, customer acquisition, partnership management, credit and savings management in financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market surveys to identify potential customers and new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Seek new clients, promote loan, savings, and other financial products, and build a strong customer base.
  • Provide quality customer service, support clients in using financial services, and handle inquiries or complaints.
  • Monitor and improve practices related to Client Protection Principles as a responsible MFI.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business targets and support branch performance improvement.
  • Review and analyze product, process, and service performance regularly.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal business units, especially Digital Financial Services, Agent Banking, and Insurance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders through regular communication and visits.
  • Explore collaboration opportunities with sectors such as agriculture, MSME, and vocational skill development.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or financial services.
  • Good communication skills in English and Myanmar.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and professional email communication.
  • Willing to learn, adapt, and travel for client meetings and field activities.
