Business Development Manager (Generalist) - 3 Posts (M/F)

Busniess Development Manager (Doctor) - 1 Post (Female)

  • Coordinate with relevant government departments, ministries, factories, project sites, and related organizations to obtain business information and project opportunities.
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare survey reports for internal departments.
  • Support Procurement Department after receiving purchase orders and ensure items are purchased according to required specifications.
  • Check received goods and coordinate proper delivery/handover to relevant departments, warehouses, or factories.
  • Arrange required documents, handover receipts, and delivery records.
  • Follow up payment collection and submit received cheques to Finance Department.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate for BD Manager (Generalist) and M.B.B.,S degree must be holded for BD Manager (Doctor).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, government relations, project coordination, tender support, procurement coordination, or related fields.
  •                                                                         OR
  • At least 5 years of experience as Retired Officer, or former government officer
  • Experience dealing with government departments, ministries, factories, or project sites is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of proposal preparation, technical specifications, purchase orders, delivery documents, and payment follow-up.
  • Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong negotiation & conflit management skills
  • Able to travel for site visits and project coordination when required.
  • Good discipline, integrity, responsibility, and professional attitude.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
