We are seeking an organized and proactive leader to take charge of our sales support and order management functions. In this position, you will manage the full cycle from customer order through to final delivery, guide a team of slaes support specialsits, and drive improvements to workflows. You will serve as a key link beetween commercial, financial, warehousing and logistics team:

Sales Support & Process Management

  • Manage the complete sales support cycle, starting from order taking through to product delivery. 
  • Direct the creation of essential documents such as order confirmations, billing statements, dispatch notes, and return/credit memos. 
  • Guarantee that all orders are processed correctly and invoices are issued on schedule. 
  • Evaluate existing sales workflows and implement enhancements to boost productivity. 

Order and Contract Handling

  • Examine and approve sales orders, customer agreements, and pricing structures. 
  • Ensure all activities follow internal policies and authorization procedures. 
  • Partner with Legal and Finance departments on contract review and approval. 

Team Management

  • Supervise, guide, and support the sales administration team. 
  • Establish performance targets and regularly assess team results. 
  • Deliver ongoing training, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities. 

Sales Metrics & Analysis

  • Generate regular reports on sales activity (daily, weekly, and monthly summaries). 
  • Study sales results, identify patterns, and support forecasting efforts. 
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership for strategic planning. 

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Coordinate frequently with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistic teams. 
  • Ensure that delivery and invoicing run smoothly without delays or errors. 
  • Address any operational bottlenecks that could affect sales outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in any discipline. 
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in order processing, sales support, or commercial operations, including 2–3 years in a team lead or managerial capacity.
  • Previous experience in agricultural industry is an advantageous. 
  • Solid command of order-to-cash processes and sales documentation standards.
  • Strong Excel skills including data analysis, pivot tables, and formula-based reporting.
  • Familiarity with pricing validation, contract checks, and compliance protocols.
  • Strong analytical mindset and practical problem-solving approach.
  • Exceptional accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Clear communicator who works well across different departments.
